This position is crucial for the company, serving as the primary connection between executive leaders, our global staffing partners, and different business areas.
What will you be doing?
Serve as the primary escalation point for MSP program support and issue resolution.
Act as the central liaison between hiring managers, staffing agencies, Procurement, Talent Acquisition, and the MSP team.
Manage the complete contractor lifecycle within SAP Fieldglass: selection, procurement, onboarding, maintenance, and offboarding.
Lead quarterly supplier reviews and support TA/HR initiatives related to contingent talent.
Provide guidance on Procurement processes (RFPs, RFIs, contract negotiations) tied to the MSP.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and cost‑control, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
Deliver operational and financial reports (scheduled and ad‑hoc) to key stakeholders.
Oversee compliance with global regulations regarding contingent workers (IR35, AWR, co‑employment, misclassification, 1099 risks, etc.).
Monitor SLA/KPI performance of MSP and staffing vendors, driving continuous improvement.
Support stakeholders with PO and invoice processing
Perform data and trend analysis for HRLT/ExCo on contractor recruitment, procurement, and agency effectiveness.
Provide user support and troubleshooting for the VMS (SAP Fieldglass).
Manage audits, process updates, and communication to stakeholders.
Coordinate cross‑functional efforts to ensure seamless onboarding/offboarding of contractors.
Oversee the transition of contingent workforce through M&A integrations
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
4–6 years of experience supporting or managing an MSP program, including vendor management and contract negotiation.
Strong knowledge of SAP Ariba, SAP Fieldglass, Workday, and Microsoft Office.
Understanding of U.S. and U.K. contingent workforce regulations (IR35, AWR, co‑employment, misclassification, etc.).
Project management experience with multiple stakeholders; ability to prioritize, delegate, and drive outcomes.
Excellent communication and influencing skills across all organizational levels.
Strong analytical capability and problem‑solving mindset.
Ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining high attention to detail.
Proven ability to build collaborative relationships across departments.
