You will be working in a multinational environment, in particular, you will:

• Be responsible for coordinating the expediting activities related to materials and equipment for our Clients
• work closely with the procurement team, suppliers, and logistics providers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods
• Collaborate with the procurement team to understand the project requirements, schedules, and critical milestones for material and equipment delivery
• Liaise with suppliers to obtain accurate and up-to-date information on the status of orders, including manufacturing progress, inspections, and delivery schedules
• Coordinate an onshore/offshore team of expeditors to ensure the smooth and correct execution of services in compliance with Clients’ requirement and contractual obligations

If you share our passion for consulting and have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:

• Experience (6+ years) in expediting, shipping, logistics coordination, or a similar role
• Knowledge of shipping and logistics processes, including transportation coordination, customs clearance, and documentation requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Fluent in English
