JOB: Field Sales Representative - New Accounts

Location: Brazil – Remote

Sector: AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction)

In this position, you will be responsible for expanding new Trimble software accounts in the AECO sector. The Field Sales Representative – New Accounts (New Logo Accounts) will be responsible for prospecting and developing new leads, discovering the needs of potential clients, identifying their pain points, and demonstrating how Trimble can address their critical business needs. You will assist prospective clients throughout the purchasing process, working in collaboration with our product sales executives and solutions engineers.

Responsibilities

• Required to travel 50% of the time within Brazil. Travel includes customer visits, trade shows, user meetings, required corporate events, etc.
• Keep up-to-date with product information, enhancements, industry news, and corporate communications. Collaboration with our sales and product marketing teams is essential.
• Identify, research, and develop leads for Trimble AECO software subscription products. Emphasis will be placed on building rapport and relationships through routine customer visits and converting new sales targets. Research, develop, and maintain long-term and short-term sales and territory plans.
• Communicate with potential customers through a variety of channels, including routine visits and converting new sales targets.
• Understand customer needs and match them with our unique value proposition through interaction with the prospect (visits, email/phone communication). Responsible for developing and maintaining a sufficient pipeline to meet corporate goals.
• Closing sales and achieving sales goals (quota).

Mandatory Skills

• Intermediate-level (full) experience with successful sales of software solutions across multiple cross-functional groups.
• Advanced English (minimum B2 level).
• Understanding of a complex sales cycle.
• Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed an annual goal (quota).
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM or similar solutions.
• Proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office products.
• Sales capabilities that demonstrate your ability to formulate a strategy, build customer relationships, effectively deliver a value proposition, negotiate contracts, and close enterprise business.

Desired Skills (Differentiators)

• Priority will be given to candidates with previous experience in the construction industry and/or software sales within the construction industry.
• Experience with BIM, CAE, CAD, or related technology.
• Experience with prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Proven track record of executing a complex sales cycle.
