Job Description Qualifications:

Boeing Global Services is seeking a Pricing Analyst (Mid-Level or Senior) for the Commercial Spares Pricing and Performance team who develop impactful analysis in support of aircraft operators around the globe. Your role will include developing competitive, market-based pricing and customer tailored strategies across the highly competitive transactional business and will have the opportunity to make significant contributions to the growth of Boeing Global Services (BGS). This position will be located in Seattle, WA.

The ideal candidate will have direct, hands-on experience querying databases, collecting, preparing and transforming data into actionable business recommendations. Strong analytical and research skills are required. Applicant should work effectively with people across the organization, gather information, make decisions and recommendations and identify improvements to current processes. Must demonstrate attention to detail, be able to work independently and as member of a team; must be organized and meet deadlines. This work will shape the near- and long-term direction of Boeing's services portfolio.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Analyze large, complex data sets and development of commercial insights with business recommendations.
  • Identify data requirements, collect, analyze and interpret data to support pricing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver competitive, market-based pricing analysis that frames market trends and competitive insights.
  • Implement process enhancements to improve communication with commercial customers and pricing accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are being met and team priorities accomplished.

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.  This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required.  “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 3+ years of experience using SQL
  • 3+ years of experience with large scale data systems and analytics
  • 1+ years of experience working in cross-functional teams
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • MBA or related advanced degree
  • 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience with R, Python or Tableau
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in Business Development, Finance, and/or Pricing
  • High attention to detail and able to work independently or as member of a team
  • Organized and able to meet deadlines

Typical Education/Experience:

Experienced (Level 3)

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience, 9 years' related work experience, etc.).

Senior (Level 4)

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work experience, 13 years' related work experience, etc.).

Summary pay range Experienced (Level 3): $94,350 - $127,650

Summary pay range Senior (Level 4): $118,150 - $159,850
