Job Summary:

The Core Accounts Transformation Product Management Specialist is a pivotal role in Citi's transformation agenda, driving the modernization of global payment processing and data distribution for downstream systems (statements, billing, regulatory, and internal reporting). This individual will apply in-depth product management expertise to develop new services, optimize existing processes, and enhance integrations within the team and across the broader banking ecosystem. The role requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and diplomacy to guide stakeholders, prioritize initiatives, and deliver innovative, timely solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy & Development: Partner across product teams to assist in the ownership and strategic development of core accounts products, focusing on global balance management and data distribution within a cloud-based ecosystem.
• Backlog Management: Lead a scrum team, managing and prioritizing a healthy product backlog to ensure efficient development and delivery.
• Modernization & Optimization: Apply subject matter and industry knowledge to drive the modernization agenda for in-scope services, improving workflows and operational efficiency.
• Analysis & Problem Solving: Conduct in-depth analysis of complex issues, evaluating alternatives and making recommendations to leadership and peers across various departments.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively and build consensus with key partners across the organization, advocating for the product value proposition.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with technology, operations, legal, implementations, and sales teams to deliver comprehensive solutions for Citi clients.
• Reporting & Compliance: Prepare leadership materials, document processes, and ensure products adhere to all business and global regulatory parameters.
• Risk Management: Proactively assess and mitigate risks in business decisions, safeguarding Citi's reputation and ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in Product Management or Product Development.
• Experience and understanding of the Services business preferred.
• Proven ability to define options, conduct in-depth analysis, and make recommendations aligned with broader business objectives.
• Critical thinking skills to analyze and resolve complex or novel problem statements.
• Strong interpersonal and diplomacy skills to influence and guide colleagues and external clients.
• Experience in preparing and delivering compelling presentations to clients and senior management.

Education:

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent professional experience.

$96,400.00 - $144,600.00
