Position Summary...

What you'll do...

  • Execute End-of-Life Strategy: Develop and manage the exit strategy for seasonal and discontinued products to maximize financial recovery. You will partner with Merchandising, Operations, and Finance to manage markdowns and optimize the flow of aging inventory from our clubs and distribution centers.
  • Manage Liquidator Partnerships: Serve as the primary contact for our third-party liquidation partners. This includes managing daily operations, coordinating shipments, processing and validating claims, and ensuring partners meet performance standards.
  • Drive Performance with Data: Analyze liquidation performance, track financial outcomes, and identify key trends. You will build reports and present actionable insights to leadership that drive improvements to the program's overall effectiveness and recovery rate.
  • Lead Process Improvement: Take ownership of projects aimed at making our exit programs more efficient. This includes enhancing reports, helping automate manual processes, reducing expenses, and researching new business proposals.
  • Provide Critical Support: Act as a key resource for high-profile situations like product recalls or store relocations, ensuring liquidation and disposition processes are handled correctly in coordination with other business units.

What You'll Bring..

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary to excel in this role; you must have the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required. Familiarity with SQL or data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI is a plus.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
