JOB DESCRIPTION 
 

Senior Manager, Digital & eRED - ASEAN & South Pacific Operating Unit 

Reports to: Senior Director, Execution Transformation 

Location: Singapore  
 

KEY WORKING PARAMETERS 

Focus, Scope & Impact 

  • Lead the OU RED/SFE Strategy: Independently define and evolve the long‑term RED/SFE ambition and execution framework, translating OU priorities into clear, actionable plans and tracking progress against market execution goals. 

  • Standardize RED Tracking: Personally design, build, and deploy an OU‑wide RED tracking program using SOVI measurement (Image Recognition and other digital tools), setting fact‑based RED targets and KPIs and ensuring alignment with bottlers and key stakeholders. 

  • Drive System Alignment: Collaborate across the KO system to ensure effective execution of the RED/SFE strategy through strong change management and resource planning. 

  • Analytics & Project Management: Apply robust data analytics and project leadership to assess, design, and implement RED/SFE strategies aligned to overall OU priorities. 

  • Use Advanced Analytics for Insights: Leverage advanced analytics to identify execution excellence opportunities, boost salesforce effectiveness, and elevate customer satisfaction. 

  • Manage ASP Commercial Scorecard: Use advanced analytics tools to build and maintain ASP Commercial dashboards, aligning with CCL and frontline teams to ensure timely monthly updates. 

  • Accelerate Execution Metrics: Improve RED scores, IPS, and SFE measures to drive NSR growth, system margins, and value share across key channels. 

  • Lead Excellence Cup Program: Manage ASP Excellence Cup planning, alignment, methodology, content, communication, and monthly tracking, ensuring clarity and responsiveness to stakeholder needs. 

  • Build RED/SFE Knowledge Repository: Curate and accelerate adoption of internal and external best practices, acting as the SME node for RED concepts within multi-functional OU teams. 

  • Digital Capability Acceleration: Advance digital tools and playbooks for better segmentation and outlet execution, in partnership with global C&CL and Digital Services, enabling higher field sales productivity and better NSR at lower cost-to-serve. 

  • Drive External Partnerships: Partner with internal and external organizations to build RED/SFE digital ecosystems that expand system reach and improve operational economics. 

    KEY SUCCESS PARAMETERS 

    Experience 

    • 5–6 years of commercial leadership with good understanding of RED/SFE, RTM, channel/customer strategy, segmentation, RGM, innovation, and digital solutions. 

    • Deep knowledge of salesforce routines, processes, and performance metrics. 

    • Strong strategic, analytical, and influencing skills, with the ability to connect planning to execution and manage system-level commercial, channel, and customer priorities. 

    • Capability to identify execution gaps and opportunities across markets and teams. 

    • Strong data interpretation skills, able to simplify complex analytics for bottlers, customers, and stakeholders. 

    • Experience working across functions and geographies; bottler experience is a plus. 

    Work Focus 

    • Strong system experience with deep understanding of diverse markets, business fundamentals, and complex commercial concepts. 

    • Blend of strategic, analytical, and hands-on execution skills, with the ability to design and implement capability‑building programs from the ground up. 

    • Ability to build compelling business cases for digital solutions that secure bottler investment and drive category growth. 

    • Operate effectively in a highly networked environment, working closely with senior leaders, OU C&CL teams, frontline operators, and bottling partners. 

    • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills, with proven experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder, cross-system initiatives. 

    Communication Focus  

    • Engage internal stakeholders and bottling partners on key priorities and progress. 

    • Internal: Communicate digital and eRED opportunities, priorities, and strategic plans to OU leadership and senior management. 

    • System: Align system stakeholders on major digital and eRED initiatives, expected outcomes, and performance results. 

    • External: Interface with senior customer leaders, advisors, and partners to advance and deliver key digital and eRED capability initiatives.
