CACI is seeking to hire an Inventory Stockroom Lead for our Orlando, FL office. In this role, under general supervision, the successful candidate will manage stockroom staff, oversee the maintenance of the inventory control system, and coordinate stockroom activities.
 

The Opportunity:

In this role, under general supervision, the successful candidate will manage stockroom staff, oversee the maintenance of the inventory control system, and coordinate stockroom activities.



Responsibilities:

o   Oversee daily operations of stockroom personnel, ensuring efficient workflow and task completion.

o   Monitor and maintain quality and accuracy in material picks for production kits.

o   Retrieve materials from the warehouse per work orders and complete transactions in the ERP system accurately.

o   Organize and stage completed kits for production, logging completions appropriately.

o   Collaborate with production teams to expedite orders and resolve issues as needed.

o   Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory management.

o   Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies effectively.

o   Compile and present stockroom performance metrics during weekly Gemba meetings.

o   Manage the systematic processing of excess, obsolete, and scrap materials in compliance with company policies.

o   Participate in and/or lead assigned projects to support departmental and organizational goals.



Qualifications:

Required: 

o   Associate’s degree and 2 years of related experience

o   As a substitute of the education requirements, a minimum of five (5) years of equivalent education, skills, and relevant experience will be considered.

o   Ability to build strong relationships and provide effective coaching to team members and stakeholders.

o   Strong functional knowledge and hands-on experience with ERP systems to support business operations.

o   Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.

o   Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering positive relationships.

o   Highly organized, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

o   Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all tasks and responsibilities.

o   Skilled in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving inventory-related issues to maintain smooth operational workflows.

o   Attendance and completion of CACI’s Lead People program within first (6) months of employment

Desired:

o   Hands-on experience with Infor ERP software

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$44,700 - $91,700
