If so, what do you think about starting your career as a trainee in Environmental Product Requirements (EPR) at KION group?
As part of our team, you will play a key role in managing the environmental requirements related to chemicals used in KION products (e.g. REACH, RoHS, POP, WEEE, Battery Regulation…).
You will first familiarize with the most important Material Compliance aspects and their impact on the business, building robust knowledge applied to the mechanical industry.
You will also learn how to use SAP, a widely used ERP system, together with an effective analytical approach in processing and management of data.
Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to apply your knowledge by classifying parts present within KION products, based on the relevant EPR and technical information available. This will ensure that all requirements are correctly considered, allowing parts to meet environmental and health safety standards.

Requirements for the position:
Educational background in Chemistry (and similar), Civil and Environmental Engineering or Materials Engineering
Good level of English
Skills acquired:
Basic knowledge of Material Compliance (REACH, RoHS...)
Basic knowledge of SAP
Analytical approach in data management/processing
Collaboration with international team and different business functions
Technical English
