Position Overview - Tasks & Responsibilities:

As our Intern in The Education Solutions (EduSol) team you will support the business ensuring all processes involved in the management of Professional Education (ProfEd) solutions activities are executed in an organized and efficient manner.  The EduSol Interm helps ensure excellence in execution of various operational activities within MedTech Switzerland and Austria

Your tasks will include :

• Support the running of educational events, including room and workstation set-up, greeting participants, addressing logistical needs, etc.

• Treating requests for EduSol activities where HCP’s & GO’s are involved, including HCC Life case creation, contract management, PO creation, invoice management and payment, case closure, etc.

• Liaise with sales teams and/or HCPs on all contractual and payment matters;
• Ensure that appropriate Evidence of Service documentation is obtained

• Maintain necessary documentation relating to all stages of the processes (auditable);

Qualifications - Education and Experience:

• Educated to Higher Education or equivalent calibre
• 3 years Health Care Industry Experience – preferred

Qualifications - Skills:

• A high level of enthusiasm and a keen interest in the MedTech industry
• Very good German and English skills, other languages ​​are a plus
• Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and/or other data management tools 
• Team spirit, creativity, proactivity and a strong organizational talent
