Description:
IT Support Senior Analyst
We are looking for a talented IT Support Senior Analyst to join our team in the IT department in Mexico City. This position is hybrid and requires working at least 4 days a week in the office.
We count on you to:
- Investigate, classify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues in applications reported by customers.
- Assist in problem resolution and incident management.
- Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of our product offerings.
- Provide support for applications until tickets are resolved.
- Formulate proposals for problem resolution and/or improvements.
- Ensure that all relevant processes for implementation, support, and change management are followed (e.g., Software Development Life Cycle and Change Management).
- Support project teams to ensure that technology-related projects are successfully implemented, on time, and with minimal impact on the production environment.
- Manage internal clients and global exposure.
- Provide support to various regions, including the U.S., Canada, and Latam.
What do you need to have?
- Title of technician or degree in a discipline related to technology.
- Knowledge in Service Desk
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in IT support or related areas.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
