The Senior Digital Lean Transformation Leader is responsible for the strategic deployment, integration, and long-term sustainment of digital manufacturing initiatives (including SmartShop, L2L, and other site-wide digital tools) in strict alignment with business objectives, timelines, budget and quality standards.

What you’ll do
- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of the IT system implementation (SmartShop, L2L, etc.) project from initiation to go-live and post-implementation review
- Partner with Lean Leaders to ensure digital tools are integrated into existing Value Streams and enhance Standard Work.
- Conduct "Process-to-Digital" mapping to ensure IT configurations reflect optimized shop-floor processes and eliminate "digital waste."
- Facilitate Kaizen events specifically aimed at digitizing manual tracking systems and improving data transparency
- Collaborate daily with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, and Quality to ensure system uptime, data accuracy, and tool relevance to production needs
- Drive change management activities and ensure business readiness for system adoption
- Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical delivery
What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business or a related field
- Demonstrated experience managing external vendors and multi-disciplinary teams
- Solid understanding of ERP, IT systems, integrations, and data flows
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to make decisions independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent English & Hungarian language (written and spoken)
- Experience in international or multicultural project environments
- Experience in Lean manufacturing deployment
