Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and organized Working Student (m/f/d) to provide administrative and organizational support to our department leadership at our Gilching office. This role offers valuable practical experience in corporate operations and the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and international team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and organizational support to the department head

• Serve as a point of contact for employees and customers, handling inquiries professionally

• Prepare and edit documents such as presentations, reports, and meeting minutes in German and English

• Plan and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conferences

• Welcome guests, arrange meeting rooms, and support hospitality during visits

• Assist with general office organization, including ordering supplies and reviewing invoices

• Support facility management tasks at the Gilching site

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a university program in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Management, Communication, or similar)

• Structured, reliable, and independent working style

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Very good written and spoken German and English skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
