Job Description:

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for resolution of IT hardware asset record discrepancies and where appropriate, approving the bulk loading and updating of IT hardware asset related data into the IT asset repository.
  • Ensure to follow the IT asset management policies, processes and procedures for each specific customer and is responsible for the quality of the IT hardware data, including all updates resulting from IMACD activity and bulk load requirements.
  • Verify all necessary tools are in place and functioning properly. Make sure all necessary processes are documented. Show eagerness to learn and grow in a ITAM role.
  • Ensure SLAs are met.
  • Ensure metrics are green.
  • Identify gaps between delivery team and delivery model capability and contractual requirements.
  • Escalate, follow up and resolve any issue related with delivery gaps.
  • Monitor activities and provide direction to the leveraged support team.

Basic Qualifications

  • Entry level
  • Typically, 0-2 years of work experience.
  • A strong desire to gain experience in IT Asset Management.
  • A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology.

Other Qualifications: Relevant certifications, such as CHAMP, CSAM, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, or Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals, are a plus.
