Summary: As a Security Delivery Lead, you will oversee the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects. Your typical day will involve coordinating with various teams, ensuring that security protocols are adhered to, and providing guidance on best practices in security penetration testing operations. You will also engage in strategic discussions to enhance the effectiveness of security measures across the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions to enhance team capabilities in security practices. - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of security processes and protocols. - Monitor industry trends and emerging threats to proactively adjust security strategies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Security Penetration Testing Operations. - Strong understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards. - Experience with vulnerability assessment tools and methodologies. - Proficient in risk assessment and management techniques. - Solid grasp of incident response and threat intelligence processes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 10 years of experience in Security Penetration Testing Operations. - This position is based at our Manila office.
