Sanimax is looking for a Customer Service Agent at our DeForest site!

The agent is responsible for answering incoming customer calls and providing support to customer inquiries and orders. This position requires collaboration with various departments, in order to ensure excellent service to internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls on the multi-line telephone system and make calls when required by operations;
  • Provide customer support for: Pricing, invoicing, payment, general questions, improving customer satisfaction, service hours or any other technical information;
  • Order entry and management of customer accounts (opening, closing, updating);
  • Follow-up with customers concerning the service (uncompleted calls, improvement of the service, confirmation of appointments);
  • Analyze customer information, ask necessary questions and provide recommendations on possible improvements to equipment and / or services;
  • Identify internal programs in order to perform the job as accurately and efficiently as possible;
  • Represent the company with the highest degree of professionalism at all times;
  • Strive to achieve and maintain all acceptable departmental metrics
  • Perform various administrative tasks related to the customer service department (ex: data entry).

Requirements and skills

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively;
  • A high school diploma is required:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably
  • Bilingual in French and in English a plus!
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent oral and written communication;
  • Strong sense of customer service;
  • Sense of urgency;
  • Ability to solve problems
