Reporting directly to the Key Account Manager and working closely with the business stakeholders within the affiliates and the D&IT headquarter in Bagneux, the main responsibilities include:
1. Business Partnering:
Act as the primary IT point of contact for affiliate business leaders across the LATAM region
Develop a deep understanding of the business strategies, challenges, and objectives in each affiliate, ensuring that IT strategies and solutions support business growth and innovation.
Translate business needs into functional IT requirements and prioritize initiatives accordingly.
Communicate and collaborate with regional and global IT teams to align affiliate requirements with broader IT strategies.
Proactively identify opportunities for technology-driven business improvements and cost efficiencies.
Regularly engage with key internal stakeholders, providing updates on IT performance, project progress, and strategic initiatives through D&IT Operations reviews
2. Service Delivery Management:
Oversee IT service delivery to affiliates, ensuring that IT services meet agreed-upon performance metrics, service level agreements (SLAs), and business expectations.
Coordinate with GIO and external vendors to manage infrastructure, networks, applications, and user support services.
Ensure smooth delivery of IT projects, managing timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
Implement and manage processes for incident, change, and problem management, ensuring continuous improvement in IT services.
Monitor IT performance metrics and produce regular reports for business and IT leadership.
3. Governance and Compliance:
Ensure that all IT operations within the affiliates adhere to company-wide security policies, data protection regulations, and compliance frameworks.
Manage risk within the IT environment, identifying potential vulnerabilities and ensuring that mitigation measures are in place.
Facilitate IT audits and ensure that any identified gaps are addressed in a timely manner.
4. Regional IT Leadership:
Act as the regional lead for IT initiatives, driving consistency and standardization of IT processes across the LATAM affiliates.
Ensure alignment between global IT standards and regional/local requirements, providing input to the global IT strategy as needed.
Education: Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
Experience: 5 to 10+ years of experience in project management, business partnering, or service delivery, with at least 3-5 years of experience in the LATAM regions.
Strong experience in IT service management (ITSM) would be a plus
Deep understanding of business processes in HHC and how IT can drive business transformation and value.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Experience working in culturally diverse teams across geographically dispersed locations.
Languages: Fluent in English, both oral and written. Proficiency in additional languages, such as relevant local languages, would be a plus.
