JOB DESCRIPTION:
MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE
Responsible for defining and executing the global QA Systems and Data Analytics strategy to ensure a sustainable global model delivered through established governance, standards, and validated data analytic tools. Partners with cross‑functional business leaders and key stakeholders to identify system and data analytics opportunities that reduce compliance risk, provide early signals to minimize business impact to products, drive global standardization, and improve efficiencies by minimizing non‑value‑added activities. Leads a team of data scientists and data engineers responsible for executing and implementing projects leveraging the latest industry technologies.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and manage the QA Systems and Data Analytics strategy and roadmap for the ADC Quality organization, effectively communicating the analytics approach and how it addresses business objectives to partners and leaders.
- Ensure QA systems and data analytic tools comply with Corporate and Division policies and procedures to support quality decision‑making and internal and external audits.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business challenges and implement scalable, sustainable solutions using cutting‑edge technologies and tools.
- Design, create, test, and implement complex models that drive analytical solutions across the Quality organization, providing actionable insights, identifying trends, and measuring performance.
- Design, build, and implement systems and tools to collect, clean, and store data necessary to support statistical models and business analysis.
- Stay current with developments at the intersection of data science, technology, and business relevant to the company, and drive innovation through analytics.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Bachelor’s Degree (±16 years)
- Major/Field of Study: Operations Management, Data Engineering, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
- Or: An equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
Experience / Background
- Requirement Experience Details
- Minimum 10 years Experience working in a matrix environment
- Minimum 3 years Experience leading an analytics team
- Quality Systems Understanding of quality systems and requirements is desired
- Regulatory Standards Understanding of regulatory requirements is desired
- Leadership Experience leading complex projects in the area of data analytics
