POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Assist in developing and implementing recruitment and retention strategies to attract and retain prospective applicants and newly acquired collegiate talent
- Coordinate and manage companywide super Interview days
- Support in managing communication with applicants and internal stakeholders through various channels such as (email, phone, LinkedIn, Handshake, Rooster, and other applicable social media platforms)
- Support and manage with a moderate degree of independence the application review process and maintain accurate records in the Workday system database
- Collaborate with other key operational stakeholders to ensure a smooth and accurate offer generation process
- Assist in creating and updating recruitment materials and presentations
- Track and report recruitment metrics and contribute to reports on recruitment activities, candidate pipeline and placement success rates
- Research and analyze industry trends in college recruiting and suggest new initiatives to attract and retain high performing early-career talent
- Exercise moderate judgment in the administration of activities and processes related to Talent Acquisition and candidate experience.
- Plan and execute process activities related to the talent acquisition
- Build and maintain positive stakeholder relationships including with operations, talent, and candidates.
- Must be available to support business and candidates needs during high-need time periods such as fall and spring recruiting season.

MINIMUM SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting, organizational management, or construction industry.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with colleges, students, and internal teams.
