The Red Hat Observability Intelligence team is looking for an engineer to join us in the Czech Republic. Be prepared to join a team developing Observability Analytics tools for OpenShift clusters and pioneer Agentic workflows (not only) with OpenShift Lightspeed, creating AI agents that diagnose and heal enterprise-scale environments.

Integrate Observability Analytics tools with other cluster components
Develop Observability Kubernetes operators (multi-cluster and single-cluster)
Developing AI agents for OpenShift Lightspeed agentic flow
Contribute to product quality - Quality is everybody’s responsibility
Collaborate actively within the team as well as collaborating with other teams
Working knowledge any high level programming language - willingness to master Go
Experience with containers and/or Kubernetes
Experience with AI-assisted coding
Curious with a deep desire to learn new things
Good verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to work in a globally distributed team
The following are considered a plus:
Familiarity Agentic frameworks, MCP, AI agents, Agentic Software Development
Experience with Python; Prometheus/PromQL
Familiarity with microservices architectures
Experience with Open Source Software
