The Opportunity

The role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving growth and revenue for the organization. This role involves conducting market research, generating leads, and developing strategies to expand the customer base. Collaboration with internal teams is essential to ensure the successful implementation of business development strategies and the delivery of high-quality products or services to clients.

Responsibilities

  • The role of the position includes the follow:

    • Responsible for all sales and recruitment performance for branch

    • Develop initiatives and activities to drive business & ensuring the branch reach the projected goals.

    • Responsible to manage agency’s feedback and resolve feedbacks.

    • Ensure smooth running of the branch operations.  

    • Provide excellent customer services for both advisers and walk in clients.

    • To achieve sales and recruitment target assigned and ensure agency productivity ratio is at a satisfactory level.

    • Responsible run events such as Market Outlook Talk, Recruitment Talk, Workshop, Seminar, BOSS preview, Roadshow, meeting, gathering etc.

    • Conduct training courses ie UUT, SC, AML/CFT, KYB and any other courses that deem fit.

What we are looking for

  • Experience sales and business development within the financial services industry is required for the role

  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills, multi-lingual an advantage.

  • Ability to demonstrate a high degree of initiative and a strong commitment to achieve sales target assigned

  • Good interpersonal skill.

  • Excellent organizational, prioritization and time management skills.

  • Able to be based in Setia Alam Branch Office
