Partnering closely with senior leaders, you will act as a trusted advisor, aligning HR strategies with organisational goals and championing best practices in workforce planning, talent management, and employee relations. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the delivery of strategic and operational HR solutions by aligning HR strategies with client objectives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the HR Client Partnering team.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on complex HR issues, workforce planning, employee relations, and organisational development to support client business needs and strategic goals.
  • Oversee the performance and capability development of HR professionals, ensuring service delivery aligns with relevant policies, legislation, and best practices.
  • Utilise workforce data and analytics to provide actionable insights and advice to client leadership teams, addressing trends and risks to drive informed decision-making.

About You

  • Postgraduate qualifications in HR, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of extensive training and professional experience.
  • Proven ability to deliver strategic HR management and operational services within a complex organisational environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills with demonstrated experience navigating complex employee relations scenarios.
  • Expertise in building and maintaining effective client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in mentoring, supervising, and managing the performance of HR professionals in diverse and challenging contexts.
  • Demonstrated success in utilising workforce data and analytics to inform strategic decision-making and address organisational challenges. 


The successful candidate may be required to complete a number of pre-employment checks, including right to work in Australia and a criminal check.
