Job Description:

You will be the point of contact for our current and potential clients.

You will ensure that clients come to you with their logistics questions and you will try to support them as best as possible. You are someone who knows how to challenge clients and keep them up-to-date on the latest developments. You will maximize opportunities for existing business. What will your day-to-day work look like?

• You will be the source of information for the client, and your innovative ideas will ensure the organization can continue to develop and improve.
• You will be responsible for transferring all client requirements to operational managers.
• Regular maintenance and expansion of the current client portfolio.

• Advanced Vocational Training is essential (a completed or ongoing university degree will be an advantage).
• Experience in a similar position, preferably in the logistics sector, will be a plus.
• Strong communication skills.
• Intermediate English is essential.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the rest of the team.
• Ability to assess business needs.
• Driver's license.
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools.
• Flexible hours are important within our organization, including for this position: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
