Come join us as an Administrative Trainee/Assistant and be a part of the successful and growing HUB International team.

This is a part-time position that allows you to work 8-20 hours per week and is flexible depending on your current school schedule.

Duties

We are looking for someone to help perform routine administrative functions which may include:

• Entering applications and data into Formstack
• Entering and editing data into various platforms
• Printing and collating employee benefit guides
• Opening mail
• Scanning checks
• Shredding documents
• Photocopying
• Preparing proposals for clients
• Performing loss run reports
• Stocking and ordering office supplies
• Attending selected employee or client meetings
• Assisting with other administrative duties when needed

Qualifications

• Must be willing to work 8-20 hours per week, during normal business hours between 8:00A to 5:00P in an office environment setting. Schedule can be flexible.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED and currently be attending college.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Self-directed and a willingness to work independently at times.
• A positive attitude that embraces teamwork and learning.
• Desire and willingness to learn about the insurance industry.

Required Education

High school or equivalent and must currently be enrolled in a college or University.

Department Account Management & Service

Required Experience: Less than 1 year of relevant experience

Required Travel: Negligible
