Concur and Card Administrator                                                                                      Grade C

LOCATION: Tulsa Shared Services Center                                                                

REPORTS TO: Accounts Payable Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Concur User Management:  Set up new users and maintain/update system user accounts
  • Process New corporate credit cards per procedures & Controls & manage all cards/Users per published controls including Limits, removal of card privileges etc.
  • Support internal customer inquiries with travel and expense processing and analysis as needed
  • Support audits of Concur and Cards and work with Team lead and Manager on remediations as required
  • Provide training to new employees and system users on policies and use of Concur
  • Assist with month-end and year-end close activities as it relates to Concur and credit cards
  • Create reports, and analyses related to T&E and card policies to drive compliance
  • Analyze Concur and Card Data to identify trends and team performance measures and communicate to leadership potential improvements as necessary
  • Conduct all Daily, weekly and monthly activities to drive compliance to policies
  • Enforce and maintain SOX compliance for policies and procedures
  • Continually implement enhancements to further improve and streamline Concur processes, including proper testing and communication to management
  • Other Duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Highly organized individual with a high degree of attention to detail
  • Excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills
  • Self-directed and able to work both independently and in a team environment with multiple demands
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
  • Presentation skills necessary to effectively communicate, update, persuade and facilitate discussions with all levels of management
  • Planning and organizational skills necessary to coordinate the workload around multiple assignments
  • Continuous improvement attitude to seek out and implement best practices

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Concur Travel and Expense
  • Current or prior customer service and training experience
  • Experience in expense reimbursement & Customer Service
