The team:

Join Murex as a Product Business Analyst within our Post Trade domain, where you'll contribute to the continuous evolution of the MX.3 platform. This role is part of our Product Evolution Services (PES) division, focused on delivering innovative, high-impact solutions for banking operations, finance, risk, and treasury desks. 

 

You’ll work closely with product managers, developers, and client-facing teams to design and deliver features that support the full post-trade lifecycle — from trade capture to settlement, collateral, P&L, and balance sheet risk management. 

 

  • This position sits within the Post Trade scope and may be part of one of several expert teams, such as Operations, Finance, P&L, BSM (Balance Sheet Management), or Securities Finance. 

Your missions/What you'll do:

As a Product Manager, you will:  

  • Analyze business needs from internal and external stakeholders and translate them into functional product specifications 

  • Define user stories and acceptance criteria in an Agile environment 

  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of features 

  • Contribute to product strategy, roadmap definition, and packaging 

  • Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to anticipate product evolution 

  • Support internal stakeholders and clients by acting as a subject matter expert during implementations and demos 

Your profile/Who you are:

  • You hold a Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related field (finance specialization is a plus) 

  • You have a strong interest in product management and financial software 

  • You’re analytical, curious, and eager to learn 

  • You enjoy proposing ideas and taking initiative  

  • You enjoy working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment 

  • You’re fluent in English (French is a plus)
