BlueCat is looking for a dynamic, results-oriented individual who excels in a team-oriented environment to join BlueCat’s Product Management Team as a Product Manager for BlueCatMicetro. 
 
Micetro is a software-based network orchestration solution managing DNS and DHCP services in tandem with IP Address Managementto unify, visualize, and automate the needs of the core network from a single source of truth. 
 
As a Product Manager, your primary responsibility will be to drive product enhancements from conception to delivery. Understanding the customer challenges, identifying market requirements, defining use cases, and aligning prioritization to ensure that, in tandem with our development teams, we are delivering high-quality solutions which enables our customers to succeed. 
  
Key Responsibilities: 
Meet with customers and partners to gather feedback and understand their needs 
Translate customer needs into clear product goals 
Partner with development teams in story mapping, discuss sizing, aligning on priorities 
Write, refine, and approve backlog items, with clearly articulated acceptance criteria.  
Document product behavior and user experience details 
Work closely with development to address implementation issues 
Ensure technical accuracy in documentation 
Communicate product updates and features to stakeholders like customers, support, and marketing 
  
Qualifications: 
2 years related experience in product management 
Enthusiastic, thorough, and results-oriented mindset 
Relevant educational background (Computer Science, Engineering) 
Strong organizational and communication skills 
Prior experience with networking 
Prior experience with DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) is a plus 
Prior experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
