Support the development and coordination of sales campaigns and customer engagement initiatives

Undergraduate or graduate in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Actuarial Science or related fields
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Good communication and ability to present ideas clearly
Detail-oriented and organized
Able to commit for a minimum of 12 weeks
Demonstrates curiosity and a willingness to learn
Able to think logically and approach problems in a structured way
Shows initiative while being comfortable working within guidance
Has an interest in banking, insurance, or wealth management
Works well in a team environment and engages positively with stakeholders
Exposure to bancassurance product strategy and business operations
Practical experience in sales performance analysis and campaign development
