What's exciting about the role:

A Salesforce developer will be building solutions that directly help users transform their business. And liaise with business partners, technical resources, external vendors and project stakeholders to build quality solutions on the Salesforce platform. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop Solutions, prototypes based on requirements, independent to collaborating with delivery teams on design and development.
  • Lead functional and technical solution design activities, creation of application and integration design documents that use Salesforce.com standard methodologies.
  • Engage with Global Sales, Marketing & Service organizations to understand business processes & system requirements.
  • Support and solve key implementation & production issues and demonstrate ability to drive successful resolution.
  • Drive Salesforce.com design & development decisions to implement best practices standards - Security, Performance, Reusable Design and Development.
  • Manage the salesforce change/release management processes.

Skills and Experience we desire

  • 4-7 years of Industry experience in IT or consulting organizations.
  • 3+ years of experience defining and delivering Salesforce.com enterprise applications in lead developer role.
  • Excellent overall understanding of the Salesforce core product suite combined with deep understanding of CRM business processes in sales, marketing & customer service.
  • Hands on development knowledge of relevant Salesforce architecture concepts, data & security structures, enterprise integration, as well as configuration and customization options (including Apex, Lightning, Custom UI, JS, Integration, API etc.).
  • Completion of several Salesforce.com implementation to demonstrate experience all areas of Salesforce customization and development.
  • Web development experience including CSS, JavaScript, HTML5, AJAX, jQuery.
  • Knowledge of Oracle DB SQL, a plus.
  • Development experience with Integration tools. Informatica Cloud/PowerCenter is a plus

  • Superb interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, in order to effectively develop materials that are appropriate for variety of audience in business & technical teams.
  • Strong presentation skills, successfully present and defend point of view to Business & IT audiences.
  • Excellent analysis skills and ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies.
