You’ll be responsible for daily functions that are at the core of our Manchester operations and have a direct impact on supply growth and compliance.

 

You will be working with other Operations Coordinators, a Team Lead, and an Operations Manager for Manchester.

<title>Main tasks and responsibilities:</title>

• <point>Onboard new drivers onto Bolt’s platform.</point>
• <point>Verify, maintain, organise, and audit driver and vehicle documentation.</point>
• <point>Respond to driver issues both in-person, over the phone, and via email.</point>
• <point>Find resolutions to driver issues and questions both in-person and over email.</point>
• <point>Support the local operations teams in ad hoc initiatives that contribute to supply growth and compliance.</point>

• <point>You're a great communicator and are able to explain complex things simply, and you have excellent spoken and written English</point>

• <point>You're passionate about improving cities and ride-hailing.</point>
• <point>Customer service or operations experience is a bonus.</point>
