Job Description:
The Retail & Wealth Sales team is responsible for the distribution of Foreign Exchange, Money Market/Fixed Income, Foreign Currency Term and Precious Metals products across the Retail and Wealth businesses. Accountabilities for this role will include supporting the sales desk and product innovation teams. This will include assisting with research and implementation of existing and new products through multiple channels. The successful candidate will need to be familiar with capital markets products, well-organized, and demonstrate the ability to drive sales, innovation, implementation, and solve problems.

Job Description :
Specific responsibilities include:
Execute the sale of foreign exchange, money market, fixed income, foreign currency term and precious metals products
Provide a high level of customer service by providing meaningful market information and transaction support to internal partners and clients.
Act as product and subject matter expert for employees as well as internal and external partners
Support new product launches
Project management support with technology, business, and risk stakeholders
Provide strong strategic, analytical / conceptualization / problem-solving support; interact with all levels of the organization
Reporting and analytics support
Business case documentation and preparation
Be proactive in taking on additional responsibilities that enhance business processes and support overall growth of the business
Job Requirements :
Current enrollment in a relevant post-secondary program
Sound understanding of Financial Markets; possess an understanding of foreign exchange, precious metals and fixed income products
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment with attention to detail
Applicants require strong communication, presentation, organizational, analytical and problem solving skills
Some programming, macro building, data manipulating skills are an asset (i.e SAS, SQL, VBA, Tableau, etc.)
Experience in a customer service and sales environment with progressive responsibilities.
Self-starter, motivated towards improving and developing the business
Project/program delivery experience and excellence in cross-functional areas, relationship management, including vendor and contract management
Strong strategic, analytical / conceptualization / problem-solving skills
Strong quantitative skills
