As a key member of our Customer Service team, you’ll be the first point of contact for irrigation customers, handling orders, returns, and enquiries with accuracy and professionalism. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth order processing and outstanding service.

What Will You Do?

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email, including processing orders, returns, and credits.
• Manage end-to-end order processing with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Maintain high-quality communication with customers and internal teams.
• Support the sales team and coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, finance, and marketing.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.

What Do You Bring?

• Previous experience in a customer service role within a fast-paced environment (experience in irrigation, B2B, or spare parts highly regarded).
• Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP and Infor CRM experience desirable.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities.
