KBR is seeking a Maintenance Analyst/Site Lead to analyze and implement logistics plans that may affect the production, distribution, and inventory or finished products in order to enhance  product flow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyzes, participates in the development, and implements logistics plans affecting the production, distribution, and inventory of finished products. Conducts distribution and network studies, monitors inventory and analyzes requirements in order to develop strategies to achieve desired delivery times and order fill rates.
  • Maintains appropriate records and prepares reports.
  • Coordinates logistics activities with internal/external customers. As the C-5 Site Lead, supervises lower-level employees, oversees the completion of projects including planning, assigning, monitoring and reviewing progress and accuracy of work and evaluating results, etc.
  • Provides C-5 support activity and status reports to management.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration or related field and 8 years of experience. Four years of specialized military experience in the relative field can be substituted for a BA/BS degree In lieu of formal education, at least 16 years of progressive experience in a related field. Specific contract requirements will prevail.

Required Qualifications:

  •  Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.  Note – Additional experience may be considered sufficient to satisfy the degree requirement
  • 8 years of experience directly related to the job requirements
  • Clearance: must possess a Secret security clearance or higher
  • Experience in USAF organizations performing maintenance tasks and functions and demonstrating knowledge of current USAF supply, logistics and maintenance processes, policies and procedure
  • Candidate must possess the ability to lead and manage a small team with minimal guidance and supervision.
  • Ability to travel out of local area 5-10% of calendar year if needed.

Work Environment:

  • Location: On-Site, Warner-Robins AFB,GA
  • Travel Requirements: Minimal <20%
  • Working Hours: Standard

Desired Qualifications:

  • 20+ years experience in USAF and/or DoD logistics and supply systems operations 
  • 5-10 years of experience in C-5M maintenance roles, demonstrating a progression to higher levels of experience and proficiency
  • Experience supporting the C-5M at Air Force organizational levels
  • Experience supporting DoD ACAT I/II/III acquisition programs
  • USAF program office experience
  • Relevant DAWIA certifications in logistics
  • Experience at multiple Air Force or DoD centers and geographic locations
