  • Managed project planning, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control processes, while monitoring project cost performance and proactively reporting scope, schedule, and commercial risks to leadership.
  • Maintained effective stakeholder communication and project governance, collaborating closely with customer teams, SPS Project Directors, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and provide regular progress, manning, forecast, and change updates.
  • Monitored project performance across safety, quality, schedule, and cost metrics, implementing corrective actions as required and assessing the schedule, environmental, safety, and financial impacts of project changes.
  • Directed change management and continuous improvement initiatives, managing variation and change orders through pricing, negotiation, implementation, and tracking, maximizing margin opportunities, and capturing lessons learned throughout the project lifecycle.
