ServiceNow Project Manager

The Opportunity: 

We are seeking a skilled and motivated ServiceNow Project Manager with a strong background in ServiceNow to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead end-to-end implementation and enhancement projects of ServiceNow platform solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables while developing detailed project plans and timelines. You will coordinate resources, ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, monitor progress, conduct project meetings, prepare reports, and provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, all while driving continuous improvement and innovation.

You Have: 

  • 5+ years of experience as a technical project manager working on ServiceNow projects

  • Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD

  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • DHS Suitability

  • HS diploma or GED

  

Nice If You Have: 

  • Experience with integration techniques and platforms, including APIs, web services, and middleware

  • Possession of excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills

  • Bachelor's degree

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Certification

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
