Group Summary:

· Unterstützung des IT-Teams im First-Level-Support und Ansprechpartner für alle technischen Fragestellungen

· Mitverantwortung für die Annahme und Bearbeitung von Störungen und Anfragen im 1st Level Support, die Installation und Pflege der Software sowie die Wartung der Hardware

· Hilfe bei der Anpassung und Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden IT-Systeme, Unterstützung interner Projekte (wie zum Beispiel das Manufacturing Execution System - MES) und Begleitung der Neuinstallation bzw. des Austauschs von Diensten und Systemen
