Position Responsibilities:

Position-Related Tasks:
1. Support and assist in building the sales team, review and organize onboarding documentation for new agents, and enter relevant information into the system.
2. Assist the Marketing Director with daily team management to improve key business metrics such as agent attendance rate, policy conversion rate, activity rate, and proportion of productive agents.
3. Plan and execute various business promotion activities within assigned branches, and coordinate with relevant headquarters departments to implement company-wide business initiatives at the branch level.
4. Manage and maintain the Manulife-Sinochem Communication (MSC) system, and oversee the administration of MSC-branded gifts and marketing tools.
5. Organize product briefing sessions at branch offices, handling related processes including approval, filing, regulatory reporting, and internal self-inspections.
6. Organize, communicate with, and coordinate the Branch “Marketing Committee” (composed of agent representatives), and collect regional market intelligence and business needs.
7. Plan, drive, and execute various sales contests, and manage associated administrative tasks such as procurement, data compilation, and performance tracking.
8. Manage business licenses (practicing certificates) for agents within assigned branches and promptly update headquarters on any changes to local agent management policies.
9. Oversee departmental document and records management.
10. Be accountable for the effectiveness of internal controls within the assigned scope; supervise, manage, and coordinate operations to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal company policies; identify, assess, monitor, and report relevant risks; and promote the company’s advocated culture (including risk management and compliance-oriented business philosophy). Promptly report any identified violations or potential risks and propose corrective or improvement measures.
11. Manage standardized documents and compliance-related files for the department.
12. Develop work processes and standards applicable to the assigned scope.

14. Assist the Internal Audit Department with audit-related activities and implement corrective actions based on audit findings.
15. Collaborate with headquarters departments to support various projects and initiatives.
