Summary:
As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will collaborate with teams and contribute to key decisions, providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. A typical day in this role involves designing and implementing applications, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the applications meet the required specifications and standards.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Should be able to understand customer needs and develop comprehensive requirements documents.
- Propose solutions to business needs from an application perspective.
- Perform configurations and data migration activities.
- Handle CRP sessions and customer expectations.
- Prepare and carry out Go Live cutover activities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Should have strong product working expertise in at least 2 areas listed below. Preference will be given to candidates with exposure to all.
- Oracle Fusion Product Development
- Oracle Fusion Product Information Management
- Oracle Enterprise Quality Management
- Should have good understanding of Product Management functions of Master Data Management (MDM) and / or Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
- Lead and/or participate in PLM business process workshops
- Perform varied and complex duties and tasks, that need independent judgment, to implement Product Management including PLM or MDM and related products and technology to meet customer needs.
- Implement projects from initiation to implementation phase including gathering requirements, writing functional design documents, communicating requirements to technical team members, writing test scripts, implementing, and training end users.
- Should have the ability to map and gap feature/functionality from requirements to Oracle Fusion.
- Good SQL knowledge is preferred.
- Exposure and understanding of REST APIs is desired.
- Has knowledge of Oracle Fusion Reporting using BI publisher.
- Time & Project Management - Comfortable working within tight and changing deadlines, able to work independently and set priorities. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
- Oral Communication - speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; demonstrates presentation skills
- Written Communication - writes clearly and informatively; presents numerical data effectively; able to read and interpret written information from a variety of levels and technical proficiencies

- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Product Lifecycle Management Cloud
