Health Proposition leads are responsible for develops and drives the health proposition strategy, leveraging customer insights, market trends, and medical expertise to create innovative health and wellness solutions that support business growth and customer needs.

The role partners with Product, Actuarial, Underwriting, Distribution, and external healthcare partners to deliver integrated health ecosystem solutions, monitor proposition performance, and continuously enhance customer engagement and value.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive the Health Proposition strategy and roadmap.
  • Translate health insights, analytics, and medical capabilities into compelling customer propositions.
  • Partner with Product, Actuarial, Underwriting, and Distribution teams to design and enhance health solutions.
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities.
  • Drive integration of health ecosystem services, including healthcare providers, wellness, and digital health solutions.
  • Monitor proposition performance and recommend improvements to drive growth and customer engagement.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Life Insurance or Product Development or Proposition Management.
  • Strong understanding of health insurance products, Health, and customer needs.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in digital health, wellness solutions, or healthcare partnerships.
  • Knowledge of the Indonesian health insurance market and regulations
