Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for design, implementation, and maintenance activities related to Identity and Governance Administration (IGA), specifically SailPoint IdentityNow
  • Support the IGA program by identifying and working with stakeholders to onboard new platforms and applications into SailPoint with the goal of implementing Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
  • Develop workflows, forms, rules, roles, policies, reports, and certifications to support various lifecycle events (joiner, leaver, mover, rehire, and inactive)
  • Manage, maintain, and monitor the IAM application environment and tools; ensure the systems stay current and are running efficiently
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve SailPoint-related functional and technical issues
  • Provide backup support for activities related to CyberArk Privilege Cloud

Qualifications:

  • At least three (3) years of experience in installing, configuring, and administering SailPoint environments
  • At least three (3) years of experience in developing SailPoint entitlement workflows and provisioning
  • Experience with Identity and Access Management technologies, policies, and processes
  • Technical expertise with common security and identity and access management reference architectures
  • Experience with OAuth, SAML federation, Single Sign-On, Multi-Factor Authentication, and Privileged Access Management
  • Skilled in Active Directory / Azure AD concepts, including users, computers, groups, policies
  • Proficient with scripting in scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, PowerShell
  • Knowledge of major cloud service providers (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and associated technologies
  • Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets with business acumen
  • Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly, and master diverse technologies and techniques
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
