Support the Retailer Selection Specialist (RSS) in role as custodian and lead of the Retailer Selection Process.

  • Execution of a seamless and timely retailer selection process that will ensure that the best candidates are appointed as retailers. 

  • Stewardship of the entire end to end process 

  • Manage a retailer candidate pool from which to select future retailers. 

  • Coordinate and manage the various steps throughout the process – specifically conducting application screening, centralised filing of all documentation, due diligence, Business Plan presentation scheduling, KYC onboarding, and issuing PCA instructions. 

  • Ensure the process for the pool of approved Retailers are followed through – Site advertising, Application, Supporting Documents, Approval etc. 

  • Compilation of documentation for the commencement of the Installation process.

  • Support RSS and Sales teams with the Franchise Renewal Process from end to end. 

  • Manage Process Trackers and dashboard to ensure relevant updates and visibility of process status. 

  • Liaise with relevant stakeholders as needed and manage all stakeholders across the business to ensure seamless execution of the retailer selection process, and to ensure timelines are met.

  • Work with the Contract Management team to ensure all legal documents, letters, LOIs and contracts are drafted accordingly. 

Professional Qualification and Certifications:

  • Sales and Marketing, Business management, Process Management, Project Management and/or any related degree

Work Experience:

  • Experience in Retail Sales or similar, Selection Process experience, Petroleum Industry Experience

Knowledge and skills:

  • Strong Business and financial acumen

  • Strong Project Management

  • Attention to detail

  • Deep understanding of Retail Service Station profitability from a Retailer perspective

  • Contract management knowledge

  • Good stakeholder management skills

  • Good verbal and written communication skills

  • Good analytical skills
