GSK Vietnam is looking for a Medical Communcation Specialist in Ho Chi Minh city. In this role, you will play a key part in raising awareness and providing medical solutions to healthcare professionals (HCPs). Your contributions will help them make informed decisions, ultimately improving community health.

Trách nhiệm chính | Key Responsibilities

1. Scientific Knowledge & Medical Communication | Kiến thức khoa học & Truyền thông khoa học:

• Stay updated on GSK's product portfolio, understanding product characteristics and effectively communicating benefits to HCPs.
• Cập nhật kiến thức về danh mục sản phẩm của GSK, hiểu rõ các đặc tính sản phẩm và truyền đạt thông tin đến các chuyên gia y tế.
• Develop expertise in disease areas and treatment guidelines to build credibility with HCPs.
• ​Phát triển hiểu biết về bệnh lý và hướng dẫn điều trị, xây dựng độ tin cậy với HCPs.

2. Activity Planning & Execution | Lập kế hoạch hoạt động & Thực hiện

• Analyze regional performance, identify trends, and create effective engagement plans for HCPs.
• Phân tích hiệu quả khu vực, nhận diện xu hướng và lên kế hoạch tiếp cận HCPs một cách hiệu quả.
• Execute omnichannel activities, ensuring alignment with ASMART goals and tracking performance through KPIs.
• Triển khai các hoạt động một cách đa kênh, đảm bảo đạt các mục tiêu ASMART và theo dõi hiệu suất qua KPIs.

3. Product Presentation & HCP Engagement | Trình bày sản phẩm & Tương tác với HCPs

• Engage HCPs accurately and professionally through direct and digital channels.
• Thực hiện trao đổi chính xác, chuyên nghiệp với các HCPs qua các kênh trực tiếp và trực tuyến.
• Prepare thoroughly for meetings and ensure meaningful discussions with HCPs.
• Chuẩn bị tốt trước các cuộc gặp và kết thúc trao đổi một cách hiệu quả.

4. Collaboration & Compliance | Hợp tác & Tuân thủ quy định

• Foster collaboration with colleagues and HCPs to enhance healthcare experiences.
• Xây dựng mối quan hệ hợp tác với đồng nghiệp và HCPs để nâng cao trải nghiệm y tế.
• Ensure compliance with GSK policies, industry regulations, and ethical guidelines.
• Tuân thủ các chính sách của GSK, quy định ngành và các quy tắc đạo đức.

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or related to healthcare, life science.
• 3 or more years of sales experience liaising with health care professionals
• Experience in the relevant therapeutic area is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

• Working experience in a teaching hospital environment
• Demonstrated leadership and strong team collaborative skills
• Strong working knowledge of interpretation of scientific research studies
• Proven ability to build and maintain access to a network of physicians
• Functional knowledge of data analysis techniques
• Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
