General Information
For this particular position, you will be hired within the Global IS Automation organization in Poland (as the initial assignment).
ABB’s Automation business area enables customers to operate some of the world’s largest and most complex industrial infrastructures, helping them outrun – leaner and cleaner. We offer a broad range of automation, electrification and digital solutions and services for process, hybrid and maritime industries, including industry-specific integrated control and software, machine automation technologies, as well as measurement and analytics solutions.
You will be reporting to the IS Manager- Low Code Solutions.
The program is made up of three assignments in different roles:
1) One nine-month assignment in your home country as an introduction to the business.
2) One six-month assignment abroad to get an overview of ABB’s operations in a different environment/role and work on an exciting assignment with a different team, expanding your network.
3) One nine-month assignment back to the home country/home business, where you will deepen your knowledge of the business and of your function.
During the program we will take the participants on a leadership competency development journey. The last rotation will also be the time where the participants start to look for their final position, to be started after the end of the program. All program trainings are meant to build the foundations of your future career evolution.
