You will be able to utilize your expertise in observability and cloud technologies which will be the cornerstone of our Enterprise Data Services team.   • You have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent experience.
  • You will have at least 10 years experience in DevSecOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • You are proficient in Python, API Development with a special focus on FastAPI.
  • You possess in-depth experience in AWS services, Docker/Container management.
  • You have a mastery of Kubernetes orchestration and Helm charting.
  • You possess a strong understanding of OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana and Elastic Stack.
  • Your skills also include observability architecture, including Data Collection and Correlation, Centralized Storage, Distributed Tracing, and Real-time Analysis.
  • You have at least 1 year experience with Continuous Integration Technology (Harness, Code pipeline, Github)
  • You have familiarity with platforms like Splunk, Datadog, Spotify Backstage, Terraform Enterprise, and CRIBL.
  • You possess the skills to administer and troubleshoot in DevOps/Deployment. Orchestration Management and Containerization.
  • You have scripting and development skills in Node.js/JavaScript, PowerShell, Golang, or Bash.
  • You have experience with cloud-native architectures and design and have knowledge of web and application server technologies including SpringBoot, Apache HTTPD, Nginx and .Netcore.
  • You have a strong desire to lead, mentor and contribute in a culture of excellence.

Southern California Base Salary Range: $148,045-$236,872

San Antonio Base Salary Range: $121,706-$194,730

New York Base Salary Range: $156,935-$251,096

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
