Summary: As a Business and Integration Practitioner, you will work directly with the client to gather requirements and analyze, design, and implement technology best practice business changes. You will align technology with business strategy and goals, ensuring successful integration and implementation. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements. - Design and implement technology solutions that align with business goals. - Provide expertise and guidance on technology best practices. - Participate in team discussions and contribute to decision-making processes. - Identify and resolve work-related problems to ensure smooth project execution. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM. - Strong understanding of business architecture principles and practices. - Experience in analyzing and designing technology solutions. - Knowledge of integration and implementation best practices. - Hands-on experience with SAP EWM implementation and configuration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA. - Recommendation: Familiarity with SAP ECC and other SAP modules. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP EWM. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A Graduate degree is required.
