The Channel Optimization Executive is responsible for driving operational excellence across the channel ecosystem by analyzing performance data, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing strategies that enhance partner productivity, engagement, and overall business impact. This role ensures the consistent execution of channel processes, supports strategic initiatives, and provides insights that enable better decision-making across markets and partner segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze channel performance metrics to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
  • Support the execution of channel optimization initiatives that increase partner efficiency, productivity, and satisfaction.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and insights that enable data-driven decisions for internal stakeholders and channel partners.
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, operations, and partner teams to streamline processes and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage and track partner program performance, including coverage models, activation rates, and productivity indicators.
  • Support the rollout of new channel frameworks, policies, and operational processes across assigned regions.
  • Assist in issue resolution by identifying root causes and proposing corrective actions to minimize operational friction.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by documenting processes, best practices, and operational enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and maintain accurate data across systems and tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Experience with reporting tools, Excel/Sheets, dashboards, or analytics platforms (preferred).

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in channel operations, partner programs, sales operations, or similar roles.
  • Knowledge of channel ecosystems, partner segmentation, or performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with CRM, partner portals, or business intelligence tools.
