Job Description

职位职责     

1.     使用合适的量检具和各种精密测量工具检查、分析、检验零部件、装配件、扳金件、夹具等的质量,。

2.     遵守标准流程或者具体的作业指导来检查零部件、工具及车辆达到卡特彼勒规范和质量要求. 

3.     对不良品不符合点进行初步分析

4.     培训新员工并完成主管指定的其它任务。

职位要求

1.    熟练操作CMM/PMM，能独立完成复杂结构件的尺寸测量和评定。

2.    技术学院或者更高学历，能熟练阅读图纸常用英语

 

3.    熟练阅读机械图纸，对理解尺寸公差，形位公差的和相应测量方法熟悉。

4.    可以娴熟操作常规量检具，如卡尺，千分尺，高度尺，千分表等测量仪器。

 

5.    对MS office 软件熟练使用， 尤其是EXCEL， Power BI， PPT等

6.    至少2年检验或者质量控制相关的工作经验。

 

7.    本岗位要求良好的质量意识和高度的责任心。

8.    为人正直，良好的人际沟通能力，强烈的责任心和团队精神
