As an Engineering Manager, you’ll lead a multi-platform engineering team covering mobile (iOS, Android, React Native), web, and backend, while staying close to architecture and key technical decisions. Your team will define how payment flows are built and integrated across Bolt, creating scalable solutions that work seamlessly across platforms and use cases. You’ll collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams across multiple verticals to align on a unified approach and ensure consistent, high-quality payment experiences.

• <point>You have 5+ years of hands-on software development experience and you’re comfortable staying hands-on with coding and technical decisions when needed.</point>
• <point>You have experience owning a product or platform area end-to-end, not just individual projects.</point>
• <point>You’ve led high-performing engineering teams and bring strong leadership and people management skills, with a track record of hiring, growing, and retaining talent.</point>
• <point>You’re able to balance execution with long-term vision, set up effective engineering processes, and make data-driven decisions.</point>
• <point>You have strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, working effectively across teams.</point>
• <point>Nice to have: experience in payments/fintech; experience building platforms, SDKs, or reusable components.</point>
