The Business Operations team helps guide and articulate technology strategy and research, and is responsible for driving the day-to-day operation of the Product & Technology organization, including: project and portfolio management and tracking; organization-level capital, space, and resource management and allocation; process management; technical incident management; and our administrative and workplace experience support team.
Job Summary:
As a Product Manager, you will participate in efforts to identify and create product features that are delivered as part of the Technology Enablement Alliances product roadmap. This will include defining problem statements and product requirements with transparency, through customer engagement and integration. They will build, design, prioritize features that take into consideration organizational and strategic trends and stakeholder needs. The candidate will work closely with engineering teams, develop a roadmap, and execute to deliver new features that will contribute to successful high quality on time product launches. In addition, the candidate will work with customers to drive usage and adoption of new features and services, including evangelization of features internally and externally, ensuring users benefit is met and derive value from the products we build.
The ideal candidate will be someone who has knowledge of best practices and how their own area integrates with others, while also being aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market. They should also be well versed in knowing how to raise issues and resolve problems and roadblocks as they occur. The candidate should have 3+ years of experience with Product Management or a related field, and a functional level of experience in project tracking.
