Role Overview:
Our Client is seeking an experienced Sales & Distribution Assistant to support the Cluster Sales Manager across French West & Central Africa and Sahel Markets. This role is essential for coordinating sales operations, consolidating data, and tracking execution in a fast-paced, multi-country environment. Daily interaction with distributors, internal teams, and field force is a key part of the role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Distribution Coordination

• Consolidate weekly sales and stock reports from distributors
• Track orders, deliveries, and distributor requests/disputes

2. Operational Support

• Assist with distributor documentation: contracts, TPRM, background checks
• Support project coordination and day-to-day planning across countries
• Follow up on actions from distributor and wholesaler meetings, cluster meetings, and sales calls

3. Reporting & Analysis

• Assist in preparing sales decks and tracking country-level performance
• Handle formatting, proofing, and data validation for presentations

4. Communication & Documentation

• Liaise with field teams, customer service, logistics, TSC/Comex Team, and finance to ensure alignment on claims
• Draft routine emails, meeting minutes, and official communications to teams or customers

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Must Have:

• 3–5 years of experience in sales operations coordination or sales administration
• Effective communication skills in French and English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital tools
• Experience in FMCG or pharmaceutical distribution

Nice to Have:

• Regional knowledge of French West & Central Africa and Sahel Markets
• Familiarity with CRM tools
